Another exciting and a challenging day! Making a photostory really triggers your mind to think and explore. It was my first encounter with this type of application to integrate in a subject. Making a lesson using this type of presentation in a mathematics subjects entails a lot of exploration to all the suggested topics and presentations. Applying what I learned in search techniques I have a hard time identifying which one is best suited to the topic chosen. The more you have known makes it more complicated but nevertheless it was exciting. I am very sure that if all lessons will be developed this way, I know participation rate of students will be increased and the more they are motivated to learn. What hinders these technologies in teaching are the teachers who can't deliver the goods to students because they themselves do not like to learn. If only we can force all teachers to be technology oriented, then I 'm sure literacy rate will increase. There should be sanctions to be given to teachers who are not willing to use technology in teaching like letting them to retire earlier and offering them a good package since they are no longer productive in the service. What really hinders these technologies in the field are those teachers who are not technology oriented and no longer interested to use such because they are just waiting for their retirement. I am really interested to know more about this blogging and encourage students to post their outputs and that they can make their own photo stories soon. I know the young generations are more inquisitive and that we can generate more from their creativity.
